Rental Deposit Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice. A rental deposit of 25% (min of $200.00) is due at
time of booking and will be applied towards rental price. Deposit is
fully refunded if cancelled according to terms and conditions set
herein. Cancelled credit card deposits are subject to a $25.00
processing fee. Deposits can be made by check, money order or
acceptable credit card.
Security Deposit A $300.00
security deposit is due 60 days before check in. The security
deposit will be fully refunded after room has been inspected and the
keys have been returned.
Payment Full payment for the unit(s) must be received by
PeachBeach, LLC 60 days prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy - Guest agrees and acknowledges 5%
cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled reservations. For
cancellations received less than 60 days of arrival or after arrival
date, all payments will be retained except for the damage deposit,
unless the unit is re-rented, in which case a pro-rata refund based
on the amount of rent received from the new renter(s) during the
Guests rental period, less the 5% service fee will be issued.
Check In A key to your unit will be mailed to directly
to you two weeks before arrival or upon receipt of deposit,
whichever is later. Renter can go straight to the unit upon arrival
anytime after 3 p.m. CST. Extra keys and car passes will be
available in room on countertop.
Check Out Check out time is 10 a.m. CST. All extra keys
are to be left on kitchen counter. First key should be mailed
immediately to back to PeachBeach, LLC @ 4900 Warm Springs Road,
Columbus, GA 31909. Deposit will be refunded upon receipt of key if
unit is not damaged. |

General Policies |
- All PeachBeach properties are non-smoking units.
- Smoking in any unit (including balcony) is prohibited.
- Renter is expected to abide by all local, state and federal laws.
- PeachBeach, LLC does not rent to persons under 25 and reserves the right to evict renters if behavior is deemed improper.
- No pets are allowed in the rooms at any time.
- Local phone calls are free. Long distance or any other toll calls can be made only with a calling card.
- Please observe all posted pool rules.
- PeachBeach units are all exquisitely maintained and decorated.
- Please treat the units as you would your own.I f anything is broken or not working properly, report it directly to PeachBeach, not the condominium association. We will correct any problems necessary.
Please do not hang towels or other garments from the balcony rail.
- PeachBeach also reserves the right to deny rental to anyone at our discretion.
- Deposit and rent will be forfeited if any policy is ignored.
